Arbitration: In the case of legal disputes with S-International Südwest GmbH & Co.KG related to statutory provisions governing contracts that associated with investment advice (Section 1 Sub-Section 1a Sentence 2 Point 1a of the German Banking Act (KWG)), consumers may, without adversely affecting their right to take court action, take their complaint to the Baden-Württemberg board of arbitration for savings banks (Sparkassen-Schlichtungsstelle Baden-Württemberg).   The arbitration process is governed by the board’s own bylaws (Verfahrensordnung) that are available upon request.

  SISW undertakes, where so requested by a consumer, to make this document (arbitration board bylaws) available to the consumer.
